The First World is a universe existing at the centre of the Multiverse structure discovered by Heath. While affected by the spatial rupturing caused by The Crushing Fist, it is purportedly better protected than the other multiverse realities due to the existence of an additional golden inner shield.

This reality is largely populated by the rich and powerful, and its inhabitants are well aware of the existence of the multiverse and The Crushing Fist. They also constructed many Portal hub facility type sites which are used for interdimensional travel.

In addition, The First World maintains a presence on numerous nearby parallel and pocket universes, which are used for agriculture, or in the case of Teskoy Prison, a penal establishment.
