The Alliance is an agreement struck between [[The First World]] and the [[Brownshirt]]s, approximately 1000 years ago. As part of this alliance, the [[Brownshirt]]s assisted [[The First World]] in building both the [[Inner Shield]] and [[Outer Shield]], and growing the [[Branch World]]s that gave the human section of the multiverse proper structure between the shields.
It is currently unknown whether further species or entities are members of the Alliance.
