The Alliance is an agreement struck between The First World and the Brownshirts, approximately 1000 years ago. As part of this alliance, the Brownshirts assisted The First World in building both the Inner Shield and Outer Shield, and growing the Branch Worlds that gave the human section of the multiverse proper structure between the shields.
It is currently unknown whether further species or entities are members of the Alliance.
