First encountered by Thompson while rummaging through a dumpster behind a 7-11, Higgins is a military veteran who encountered The Ink, and subsequently went AWOL. Higgins is currently homeless, living rough in an earthquake damaged section of The First World referred to as the aft-streets.
Traits:
Described as quiet, with a military background. Has ongoing nightmares from his encounter with the creatures of The Ink.
