An ancient and powerful entity, capable of affecting the mental state of a large number of people through visual stimulation. Mistaken for one of two moons in orbit around one version of Earth and awoken by the impact of a near light-speed object, the Dreamer attempted to build a device incorporating multiple members of the Brownshirt community in order to provide an escape path for itself and a large number of human worshippers/followers from The Crushing Fist.
